How do we get started?  

You have already completed the first step by looking at this website.  The next step is to call or email Cari’s Financial Organizing to schedule your free phone assessment.  Cari will talk you through the rest of the process to determine your needs, talk about a budget, and create our plan.  It is easy!

How must does it cost? 

Because every job is unique, we can’t quote a price here.  Please give Cari a call to talk about your custom solution.  There is a 3-hour minimum per session for on-site sessions.

Are supplies included in the cost? 

We do offer shopping services for your office needs, or we can give recommendations of products. Shopping is charged at our hourly rate, and you will be billed for the cost of supplies.

Do you charge for travel? 

Please ask us about our travel fee if you are more than 10 miles from our location near Eagle Rock.  Our service area includes areas from Burbank to Monrovia.  And we also offer remote services!

Do I have to be around while you organize my office? 

Each client is unique.  Some people like to be there to go through the process with us, and some like to answer my questions and then leave me alone to do the work.  We are happy working whichever way you are most comfortable, but a project always must at least begin with us working together.

What forms of payment do you accept? 

Our preferred method of payment is ACH payment, cash, check, or cashier’s check.  We can also accept credit cards.

What happens if I cancel a job I have put a deposit on? 

If you cancel more than 48 hours before the job is scheduled, we will give you a full refund of your deposit.

What are your hours? 

Our hours are 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday. The hourly rate is higher on weekends and evenings. For most in-person jobs, we like to schedule no more than 3 or 4 hours on each job per day.

Can I give your services as a gift? 

Yes.  We would be happy to provide a gift certificate for you to give as a gift.

We are dedicated to serving our customer’s needs, and our goal is 100% customer satisfaction.  If something isn’t right, please let us know, and we will fix it.
